Our Salad Greens Box usually consists of 2 to 3 varieties of lettuce (Locarno, Black Rose, Lollo Rosso, Romaine, Butterheads, Red Oak, Icebergs, just name it) Rockets, Kale, Swiss Chard, Parsley, Basil (both green and purple Genovese).
